Resolved - The incident is confirmed to be resolved, with healthy results being seen at 12:49.

Identified - Our engineers have deployed a fix and are waiting on results.

Update - We are continuing to investigate this issue. Our engineers can see HTTP 503 responses from the US common-bff GraphQL endpoint. It seems as though the issue started on 17 October, however proactive monitoring did not identify the issue. We picked up the incident once reported by a customer. Most customers retrieve results via the integrated ATS explaining why the issue was not noticed earlier by customers.

Investigating - Customers are unable to login to TalentHub. There is no impact on candidates completing interviews or accessing Sapia.ai services. Users trying to login to the platform are receiving a "Sign in failed, please contact support." error message.
