Email Processing Delays
Incident Report for Status
A large number of emails generated by our platform (sent to users and candidates) failed to send. It was identified that there were lots of tasks being processed in the task queue (around 15,000+, of which there were around 8,000 emails), which slowed down the processing. Our engineers deployed a fix, and the backlog of emails was sent.
